Tiffany and Christopher traveled all the way from the Maryland/Washington D.C. area to get married at Reflection Bay at Lake Las Vegas. Despite the above normal temperatures and humidity levels for September, we were able to capture some really special moments with the couple. Here are a few of our favorites.
This was a recent family portrait session. I thought we would share a few of our favorite images of three very pretty young ladies.
This wedding was so much fun! The day started at the Ritz-Carlton at Lake Las Vegas, where we photographed Jasmine and Rene getting ready. The wedding was held on the "La Contessa" yacht, and the reception held at Reflection Bay at Lake Las Vegas.
We were so happy to be a part of their day. They were all so warm and wonderful and really made us feel like a part of the family.
The date of 7/7/07 had to be the most popular date for weddings ever. In Las Vegas alone hundreds of couples got married on that date. Many couples choice the date for its lucky reputation of triple 7's on a slot machine and others for biblical significance. Regardless of the reason, every couple hoped the day will bring them luck in love.
Our first wedding of the day, featured the beautiful vows of Lizette and Darrell. They got married at the Four Seasons. We really enjoyed being a part of their day, and we felt a special connection with them that we hope will continue for years to come.
We had a wonderful time this week as we took engagement photos of Lizette and Darrell at The Four Seasons Las Vegas. Next up... their wedding this weekend on 7-7-07... a very popular day this year for weddings.
Traci had so much fun shooting this wedding. The New York area has some amazing locations. She has really fallen in love with the city. The formals were taken in Liberty State Park. We absolutely LOVE doing Destination Weddings.
Traci was invited to shoot a wedding in New York City with a friend and decided to take our daughter Taylor with her. It was Taylor's first visit to New York and they had a fun week. Taylor loved New York so much, she wants us to move there.
Cindy and Gene had a wonderful wedding on Saturday. Even though the temperature was 109 degrees, the wedding was beautiful and Cindy and Gene were keeping cool. This was our second event in a row to be held at Loews Resort at Lake Las Vegas.
Scott Alexander
We were excited to photograph Scott Alexander again this week. He's growing so fast and is truly adorable.
We were happy to photograph Scott's parents wedding a few years ago, and to see their family grow is wonderful.
Our very first blog photo image was an Engagement and new family portrait shoot with Jenny and Mark, and we're so happy to finally post a few images from their Wedding.
Jenny and Mark celebrated their Wedding at Loews Resort at Lake Las Vegas. It was a real pleasure to record this joyous moment in their lives.
Made in America... the Sopranos
Tonight, I heard the internet explode. Really.
All across the nation at about 10:05 when the screen went to black... people across this land as one gasped, cursed, and grabbed their remotes trying to find out if their cable company or dish went out.
That was one of the most unexpected endings in TV history.
Talk about your dangling storylines.
I suppose we can all create our own ending... did Tony and family get whacked? Did Tony get arrested? Were those mystery men FBI taking Tony and family to a new life in the witness protection program? Why the hell can't Meadow park a freaking car or just move to an easier parking spot? Why do these parents buy AJ a freaking BMW AFTER he blows up his SUV? Does Paulie make peace with that cat, and does he see our lady of the Bada Bing any more?
No matter if you felt outrage like me or liked the ending like my husband... it got everyone talking.
The Sopranos will go down in Television history as one of the best shows ever!
This was our favorite television series of all time.
I can't believe it's over like that. Life goes on in the Sopranos household... Sil is still hanging on, Paulie is still alive... and now the long wait for.... The Sopranos Movie!
You just know it's coming. And we'll be first in line.
Don't stop believing....
